Domestic Orders International Orders  

  • All domestic orders are shipped either by United Parcel Service (UPS) or by the United States Postal Service (USPS). 
  • International orders are welcome and all freight charges will be calculated on each individual order. Please e-mail or call for shipping charges. Duty is the responsibility of the person who is receiving the order.

  • Usually your shipping address should be the same as the credit card billing address.

Alaska and Hawaii add an additional $7.95 to regular shipping and handling rates.
Allow 3-6 weeks for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii.

Return Goods Policy  (Does not apply to defective merchandise):

  • Prior company authorization is required for all returns.
  • A 20% restocking charge may apply.
  • Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Reimbursement will be made for the original purchase price but not the original shipping charges.
  • A credit will be issued to the original card holder within five (5) business days upon receipt of the product by Smith Abrasives.
